1. About Us

G Cure Healthcare Products is a Delhi-based manufacturer of custom compression garments. We operate from Shop No. 12, 13, 14, Matiala Extension, Near DPS Dwarka, New Delhi — 110059. GST Number: 07CMCPM2647B2ZC.

2. Products and Orders

• All garments are custom-made to your specific body measurements. Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
• A valid prescription or doctor referral is recommended for accurate garment selection. G Cure is not liable for incorrect garment selection made without a prescription.
• Product prices are communicated at the time of order and may vary based on product type, size, and complexity.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date of measurement. This is an estimate and may vary due to production workload.

3. Payment Terms

• An advance payment is required before production begins. The balance is due upon delivery.
• We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Bank Transfer.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued upon payment.
• Discounts, if any, are at the discretion of our team and must be authorised.

4. Delivery Policy

• We currently deliver within Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. Delivery is done by our trained team member who also assists with fitting.
• Delivery proof (photo or receipt) will be recorded at the time of delivery.
• If you are unavailable for delivery, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
• Courier delivery may be arranged for certain garment types or locations outside our standard territory — additional charges may apply.

5. Refit Policy

• All G Cure garments come with a 6-month refit guarantee from the date of delivery.
• A refit is applicable when the garment no longer fits correctly due to changes in body size during recovery or treatment.
• Refits are subject to manager approval and will be processed within a reasonable time.
• The refit policy covers adjustment of the existing garment. A replacement garment due to significant size change may be charged at a reduced rate.
• Refits must be requested within 6 months of the original delivery date. Requests beyond this period will be treated as new orders.
• The refit policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, washing, or storage of the garment.

6. Returns and Refunds

• As all garments are custom-made to your measurements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
• If a garment has a manufacturing defect (wrong measurements, stitching defect, wrong product), we will remake the garment at no charge upon verification.
• Complaints about manufacturing defects must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of G Cure management and will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. To raise a complaint:

• Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within a reasonable timeframe

8. Limitation of Liability

G Cure Healthcare Products is a garment manufacturer and not a medical provider. Our products are manufactured based on doctor prescriptions and patient measurements. We are not liable for medical outcomes resulting from the use or non-use of our garments. For medical advice, always consult your doctor.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of G Cure Healthcare Products. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
